New Composite Non-woven Polyester Gauntlet is independently developed by our company.After more than 3 years’ development,the gauntlet can be produced regularly.In years past,thanks to the great support of SHOTO GROUP,TIANNENG GROUP AND CAMEL HUBEI,we got precious empirical data,and also proved that the main indexes of the Composite Non-woven Polyester Gauntlet are much better than the woven type.During the testing of the cycle life(compared with the woven gauntlet),under the same specification and condition,we are pleased to find that the discharge of the Composite non-woven gauntlet is still 100% after 100 cycles,however,the discharge of the woven gauntlet is 95%,92%,90%.When more than 300 cycles,the discharge of the Composite non-woven gauntlet is about 90%,the woven gauntlet decreases to 70%-80% in a straight line. This proves all the indexes of the Composite Non-woven Polyester Gauntlet reached to ideal design performance.During the last 2 years’ volume production in Tianneng and other companies,we get good feed back from our customers.

With the low internal resistance(＜0.003),small pore diameter(microporosity,ignore) and high porosity,which can not be matched by woven gauntlet,the new Composite Non-woven Polyester Gauntlet completely solved the powder leakage and oxide loss during production and usage of the woven gauntlet,also improved the quality and lifetime of the lead acid battery.
